 A Day In Life Of Honesty Foods

It's been two years since Honesty Foods Goa was launched. Ever since, the frozen meat giant has made its way steadily into the hearts of Goenkars. As we celebrate this second anniversary, we pause to give our patrons a rundown of what a typical day at Honesty Foods Goa is like - a behind-the-scenes look at the buzz of activity that enables us to not only ensure the timely delivery of our products, but how we adhere to strict quality standards as well.     


8.30 am

The factory outlet opens and our personnel swing into action, ready to start the day with a smile. A bunch of people get busy scanning the list of products set to be delivered in the day, taking the stock out of the cold room, checking their weight and meticulously packing and marking them while ensuring proper storage conditions.    



The manager plans delivery routes, taking into account factors such as the distance, payment collection, consumer orders and the types of products being transported. He then collaborates with dispatchers to ensure that the right vehicles are allocated, keeping temperature-controlled environment in mind to maintain the freshness and quality of the meat products.

9.30 am

As all orders are dispatched, it's time for the office team to take a tea break.

9.45 am

The accounts manager takes stock of the cheques to be deposited and heads to the bank for the same. Other staffers get busy making their sales calls to both new and existing clients.

11 am

The backend team updates all data -- inventory, accounts, client database.

1 pm

It's lunch break for the staffers.

2 pm

Cold room cleanup and reorganising begins.



3 pm

Delivery staff back in the office. 

5 pm

Cold room work over.

5.30 pm

Manager's meeting with all the staff, to take stock of the day.

7.30 pm

Shutters down. From the early morning preparations to the last mile delivery, every step is carefully monitored to ensure that customers receive their products fresh, safe, and on time. The dedication and commitment of the entire team is what lies behind the success of Honesty Foods Goa.
